I recently enjoyed a delightful stay in a one-bedroom apartment with water views. The room was impressively spacious, and the air conditioning was already on, welcoming us into a cool environment after arriving in the humid weather. I felt the pool area could use some improvements, as it wasn't very sunny due to surrounding buildings blocking the light.

Certain rooms, like 1122, had issues with unpleasant odors that required switching rooms. The daily car parking fees were on the higher side compared to other places, adding to the overall cost of the stay. From dirty room service trays to congested corridors with trolleys, the housekeeping side leaves a bit to be desired. It's not the place you'd expect to just unwind comfortably in the hallways.

It was a nice choice for a mini-break over the weekend in Darwin with reasonable value. The pool area was great for relaxing, and I enjoyed unwinding there in the afternoons. Make sure to ask for a room with a balcony for an extra touch of comfort.
